To get started,simply fill out the request a kit information tab by either requesting a free Evalpak be sent to you or request a prepaid Fedex label be emailed to you for printing at your home or at an authorized Fedex counter. Place your items in the plastic bag and put that inside the sealed bubble bag. Place that bag into the Fedex envelope with the prepaid label and mail from a staffed Fedex counter
It is very safe to mail your valuables using our services with Fedex shipping and tracking. Your valuables are automatically insured for $250.00 and can be increased as is necessary by calling us at 1.888.936.3468 or email us at support@goldexchangeparty.com
GEP and their technical staff will evaluate and calculate the value of your gold and other metals using a gross weight multiplied by the karat ie. 10k-24k.That number will then be multiplied by a factor of the spot gold or metal price in determining your offer. Precious and semi precious stones will also be considered for value and included in the offering, as we do not remove or return stones.
GEP does not charge for our services. In fact, we will provide all necessary shipping materials and insurance for our evaluation and offer of your gold jewelry. If you are not satisfied with our offer we will return your merchandise at our expense,insured for the amount of our offer.
Your package will be tracked from the moment Fedex receives it. GEP will evaluate and make you an offer within 24 hours of our receipt of your merchandise. GEP will also make payment to you based on your payment option within 24 hours or usually one business day from you accepting our offer.
There are several options to receive your cash fast. We will pay you with either:
- Company Check
- ACH
- Zelle
- Paypal
You will be responsible for any and all fees associated with these 3rd party transactions. Company check is free with standard USPS postage + tracking. All other costs will be deducted from your proceeds.
In the interest of the safety of your jewelry and our staff we do not offer a bricks and mortar location. Our private facility is locked and armed at all times for everyone’s best interest. We do not buy cell phones or electronics.
Yes we do offer a price and satisfaction guarantee. If you have recently received an online offer of a higher amount and can show proof through email or text, GEP at its sole discretion will consider a price match based on the current day’s market or return your items at our expense.
